We're thrilled to introduce Anna Lo as the new President/CEO of Central State Credit Union (CSCU)! Anna's professional journey began in the US Army, initially serving as an enlisted soldier and a light-wheel vehicle mechanic. After graduating college, she went on to complete the California National Guard Officer Candidate School (OCS) and became a Military Intelligence Officer.

Anna's credit union career began when she became a Regulator with the State of California, working with the Department of Financial Protection Innovation (formerly known as the Department of Financial Institutions). Her regulatory experience was further enriched when she joined the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) as a Federal Regulator.

Previously serving as the President/CEO for two other credit unions, Anna contributes a wealth of experience to CSCU. During her time at these institutions, Anna focused on technological advancement and innovation, membership-oriented services, outreach, and training. She was also committed to nurturing high-performing teams, creating an exceptional workplace, and acting as a champion for a healthy work-life balance.

Anna brings an impressive academic background, holding a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. She's also a distinguished member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Notably, Anna's journey included attending the Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course (MIOBC), where she received the prestigious Citizen Soldiers Award. Her blend of military and academic achievements, coupled with her experience as an examiner, has paved the way for her success in developing strategic plans, building exceptional teams, implementing cutting-edge technology, and enhancing member service and operational efficiency.
