Senior Collector

The Senior Collector is responsible to collect payments on past due accounts, research and analyzes historical data on past due accounts and work with outside resources to resolve delinquent accounts and/or locate delinquent account members. The Senior Collector may be responsible for overseeing staff and ensure that accurate and timely processes are being followed.

Support Services Lead

The Support Services Lead will ensure regulatory compliance with Currently Transaction Reporting (CTR), and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR). Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of CTR, SAR. Member screening, and account activity through the review system generated alerts and report.

Vault Teller
Lodi Branch

The Vault Teller is responsible for the security and maintenance of branch cash. Provide a broad range of services to the credit union membership conducting financial and other services in the Teller Department.

Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative’s primary responsibility is to respond to member requests received over the phone and through correspondence received in the mail and email.
